For Domestic shipping: 

Allow us a total of 5-8 days to get the order ready and be shipped to you.

For International shipping: 

Allow us a total of 12-17 days to get the order ready and be shipped to you.

Lost or Misplaced Orders 

Please note we are not responsible for any packages lost or misplaced in transit by carrier. Once your package has been dropped off/picked up by carrier, we are not held accountable for the events that take place after. No refunds will be issued if a package is lost or misplaced in transit.
